James Watt College
With an attractive campus on the banks of the Clyde Estuary, James Watt College was founded in 1907 and is the largest further education college in Scotland, providing high-quality education in an unrivalled setting that attracts students from all over the world.
As well as over 200 diploma and degree courses in a wide variety of academic and vocational subjects, the College offers English Language courses at all levels, from beginner to advanced. These include Cambridge ESOL main suite exams and IELTS, as well as year long and intensive pre-undergraduate and pre-masters programmes, and a lively summer programme for 12-18 year olds.
We are a centre for The Cambridge ESOL Teacher Knowledge Test (TKT) and are awaiting approval to run Cambridge ESOL In-service Certificate in English Language Teaching (ICELT) courses in conjunction with another accredited College.
